Levente Pálca

Biography

He was born in Miskolc, 1981. In 2004 he graduated as a chartered economist from University of Miskolc Faculty of Economics then he became a certified accountant in 2008. Currently he is a Ph.D. candidate at University of Miskolc Enterprise Theory and Practice Doctoral School. In his dissertation, he is dealing with the individual success factors from individual psychology approach. He has gained his work experience as the financial manager or managing director of several Hungarian companies. In 2008 he joined VIDEOTON Elektro-PLAST as a financial director, later in 2014 he was promoted to the managing director of KVEP Kft., which belongs to the Kaposvar management.
In 2015 he was appointed one of the three co-managing directors of VIDEOTON Elektro-PLAST, and since January 2017 he has been managing its sites in Kaposvar and Marcali together with his co-managing director Mr Balazs Fabian. While financial issues, treasury businesses, company assets and purchasing activity are under his control, the two managing directors make mutual decisions related to HR, assembly units, logistics and quality management.
He lives with his wife and their two children, does sports in his free time – especially triathlon and basketball -, and he has already completed the Ironman Triathlon several times.
