László Székely

Biography

László was born in 1955. He graduated as an Electrical Engineer at the Engineering University of Brasov. During his professional career mostly he has been working on the field of individual machine manufacturing. His experiences and managing competencies are coming from this part of industry as well. He was working as a design engineer at automotive individual engineering, and later he took part of designing and building special equipment of vacuum technology.
In 1995 he took part of founding TIPA Kft, and he became the co-owner and CEO of TIPA in 1998. During his leadership the organization and the industrial competencies of the company are continuously developing. The specially developed, and designed machines from TIPA are mainly sold for German automotive companies, OEMs. The operation of TIPA was described with the high level of added value and know how in the past and nowadays as well.
In 2015 TIPA Kft was joined to VIDEOTON Holding and Lászlo is still working as CEO of TIPA, and he shares this position together with 2 delegated colleagues from VIDEOTON Holding. His philosophy is the continuous development of the company such as finding new potential customers, making more stronger and more efficient the internal organization, and he helps his colleagues to evolve their professional skills.
