This project showcases how a new production site, pre-trained teams, and fast infrastructure setup of VIDEOTON enabled serial production of 60 parts within just three months.

Background of the transfer project
The partner planned to expand as demand for connector parts in the automotive industry had grown. They needed a key supplier capable of handling a large number of transfer molds in a short time and able to finance the investment in 20 injection molding machines.
VIDEOTON's solution
To support the planned capacity expansion the project involved opening a new production location, pre-training the team before the transfers, and building the infrastructure and installing the machines within a short timeframe. The key challenge was implementing the first 60 parts into serial production, including full product validation, within 3 months.
