VIDEOTON has been part of many new businesses in its contract manufacturing subsidiaries in the last few years. Beside the realisation of outsourcing complex equipment manufacturing from high-cost countries the major focus has been on the industrialisation of new innovative products of start-up companies.

Just to name a few on-going projects:

For 4 years now, VT ES is working together with a German start-up company on desktop laser cutter machines and has an even longer experience in building and repairing 3D printers.

VT ES has just started the production of electric vehicle chargers for two customers after a complex NPI phase.

Another successful collaboration was with a US-based money management tools company, in which case a financial engineering equipment was made entirely in-house: from the procurement of materials through to production to the delivery of finished products, the entire supply chain was managed by VTES.

The complex service & manufacturing portfolio of the VIDEOTON Group proved to be one of the success factors in these projects.

VIDEOTON engineering teams supported the customers in the final phase of the development by their DfX services to have products ready for serial production.

VIDEOTON’s engineers developed manufacturing and testing concepts for efficient series production to ensure the required quality level, according to which VIDEOTON developed and manufactured both assembly lines and test equipment.
