Gábor Baranyai

Biography

He was born in 1984 in Veszprém. He got his degree in 2007 at the Pannon University in Veszprém as an economist. Right after getting his diploma, he was employed by Videoton as a controller.
In this position, he started to deal with those subsidiaries of the company group that supply parts and (sub-)assemblies to the customers. In parallel, he made the economic analysis of the companies during the acquisition processes of Ventifilt Zrt., STS Group and TIPA Kft.
In the meantime, he obtained his qualification as a registered accountant, and in 2015 he graduated from the Bánki Donát Mechanical Engineering Faculty at the University of Óbuda as a mechatronics engineer.
Between 2010 and 2015 he was a member of the Board of Directors at the Ventifilt Zrt., and was actively involved in the reformation and incorporation of the acquired company into the VIDEOTON structure.
Since 2015 he has been managing director of the subsidiary companies located in Győr (VT Mechatronics Kft., TIPA Kft.) delegated by Videoton.
As a recreation he prefers spending his time outdoors, hiking. Both he and his wife are active handball fans.
