dr. Balázs Tildi, LL.M.

Biography

Born in 1977 in Budapest. He received his degree at the Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences Budapest, Faculty of Law in 2001. As holder of a postgraduate scholarship of the Bavarian Republic he got LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree at the Ludwig Maximilians University Munich, Faculty of Law in 2004. He passed the Hungarian Bar Exams in 2005 and completed his bachelor’s studies as business economist at the Budapest College of Management in 2010.
After three years of work experience at an international law office he joined the Legal Department of the VIDEOTON Headquarters in 2005, where he served as chief corporate counsel international affairs between 2017 and June 2025. From July 2025, he has been acting as Chief Legal Officer of the VIDEOTON Group of Companies. He speaks English and German. During leisure time he often plays tennis.
