Balázs Krisch

Biography

Born in 1971. As part of his graduate studies he simulataneously attended Washington State University in the USA and Donau Universität Niderösterreich in Krems, Austria and earned double major degrees in finance and economics from both. Apart from Hungarian he fluently speaks English and German.
After completion of his graduate studies, he went on to a 2-year tenure in Germany and subsequently held various positions with major multinational companies in Budapest, Hungary.
Joined VIDEOTON in 2003 as a project manager where he immediately embarked on managing real estate projects associated with the property portfolio held by VIDEOTON, including commercial leases, property acquisitions and divestments, business and financial modeling support of thereto related investment and business decisions including quantitative support and analysis, business development, due diligence processes, day-to-day project management, contracting and thereto related preparatory tasks, business negotiations and partner management . Further tasks include supporting ancillary service portfolios as may relate to real estate management.
He holds his current position since 2012.
