Videoton Holding has raised the share capital of its subsidiary with the highest revenue, VT Autóelektronika Kft. from 2.8 billion to 4.8 billion Forint.

In addition to the long-term strategic importance of the industry, the capital increase is also justified by the company's increased demand for current assets due to the lack of chips.

As previously announced, in spite of the slowdown in the second half of the year, the company group’s revenue will increase with approximately 14% this year.

The revenue of VT Autóelektronika Kft. will increase by roughly 16% compared to the pre-COVID, 2019, and by roughly 6% compared to 2020, primarily due to the new businesses related to electric cars.
